Here’s how you can redeem your points:
100 points = $5 off

How do I check in?
Either let your server know your name, or inform them that you’ve checked in using the app. Please note: If you check in with the app, your server won’t know unless you tell them.
How do I get the app?
When you sign up you should see an option to download the app. If not, go to your app store and look for LoyalZoo. You can then enter your phone number or email you signed up with. You do not need to download the app – you can access the loyalty program through either the email message or text message sent to you when you signed up.
When do I get my free dessert?
You’ll receive your free dessert on your second visit after signing up. A check-in counts when you’ve made a purchase. Points or promotions are not earned without a purchase.
Do my points expire?
Points do not expire as long as your account remains active. Simply check in regularly to keep enjoying rewards!
How do I redeem my rewards?
Let your server know when you’d like to redeem points or perks. They’ll apply the reward directly to your bill. Servers will not automatically apply any promotions or redemption without asking.
Can I combine rewards or discounts?
Rewards cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or offers.
What purchases count toward points?
Points are earned on all food and drink orders. Taxes, tips, and third-party fees are excluded.
Will I get points if I order online?
Yes, so long as you use the same information you signed up for rewards with. Rewards can not be redeemed online.
